(I also tried this with another save by adding a single extra of an item I already had) I'm unsure if this works if you don't change anything as I haven't tried it yet. Then in the program I went into my inventory and added a social link item I didn't have.
Then I took that copy and opened it with the P4G vita save editor. I copied my save file from my PC into a new folder to be safe (the bin).
Today is when I tried to to transfer my own PC files to the vita. Eventually, I ended up saying "hey, what if I just try this weird thing no one else has reccomeneded because it's probably nonsense and won't work?"Ībout a week ago I used Save Manager to to backup the saves of someone with a NG+ vita save file I found online and a number of regular playthrough saves. Playing with Hex editors and the little scraps of info I've found on transferring from PC to Vita as opposed to the opposite had been driving me mad. So I've been playing around with save files the last little while in an effort to move my NG+ save from the Steam version of the game to my Vita.
